Abstracts for poster presentations and oral presentations shall be submitted using the Abstract template (MS Word doc). Use template and settings in it, and send the abstract by e-mail to komppa2013@aalto.fi.
Registration to the conference should be done using the Registration form (pdf-form). Fill the form and submit it by clicking the 'Send form' button. This will direct you to your e-mail program. For succesful registration, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of your registration, as well as a reminder of the payment instructions.
Registration fees:
Student €200, after May 15, €250
Academic €250, after May 15, €375
Industrial €350, after May 15, €500
Accompanying persons €100
Registration fees include lectures, welcome party and refreshments during coffee breaks, lunch, and poster session. |
